OLT Realty Sold 5 acres in Coffee Creek at Hwy 169 and 106th Street North for 24,000 sq. ft. Glover Chrysler/Dodge Jeep Dealership in 2017. Sold another 5.68 acres for 20,000 sq. ft. expansion in 2020. 100 jobs.
MILO’S TEA
OLT Realty Sold 20 acres in the Cherokee Industrial Park for a 108,000 sq. ft. Milo’s Tea Facility in 2019. 110 jobs.
QUIKTRIP KITCHENS
OLT Realty sold 50 acres in Greenhill Industrial Park for a 276,000 sq. ft. QuikTrip Kitchens in 2017. 125 jobs.
STONE CANYON
OLT Realty has developed 3200 acres for the construction of 600 homes situated around the world-class Patriot Golf Course with room for future commercial development.
